Any Personal Lines Auto and Home customer of Calvo’s Insurance Underwriters, Inc. who receives monthly statement is eligible to pay his or her statement online.
We accept credit card payment thru Paypal: Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards.
No, this service is offered free of charge.
You need to create an online account and you must register yourself on our website. During this registration, you will be asked to create a username and password that will allow you to access your account.
Yes, you can check your monthly statement/s, active policy/ies, and payment history.
You will need to provide your Payor ID (Your Payor ID is located on your statement, right below the statement period ending date), e-mail address, personal information, and the answers to specific security questions. These questions are used for security purposes in the event that you forget your password or username.
You may use this service to pay your Calvo’s Insurance bill anytime. Just access your account and make a payment. You can make more than one payment on a policy per day as long as it is for a different dollar amount. This is not a recurring bill payment service.
No, only one individual can be registered to make payments on a policy.
Yes. Paper bill statement will still be mailed to you. If you prefer to receive your bill electronically, please enroll to our E-Statement program.
After a payment is processed, you will be taken to a confirmation screen that will let you know if your payment was processed successfully or if there was a problem processing your payment. A confirmation number will be given to you. You should also receive an email confirmation with a receipt for your payment. If you are still uncertain that your payment was processed successfully, feel free to call our office at (671) 472-6816 to confirm that your payment was received.
Payment processing may take 1-2 business days. For example, a payment made after closing time Friday may not be processed until the following Tuesday. To avoid disruption of service, please submit payments at least 2 business days before the next cut-off date or end of the month. If this is not possible, we encourage you to make your payment in person to ensure timely credit to your account.
Payments made at the office will take 1-2 business days to appear on your online account.
Yes, simply type in the amount you wish to pay and your account balance will adjust accordingly. However, if your policy is due for cancellation for non-payment, a partial payment will not forestall the cancellation of your policy/ies. At the least, the minimum payment due stated on the Notice of Cancellation must be paid.
You can make a payment even if your statement is not available online. You can also make additional payments between statements.

No, a payment cannot be cancelled once it has been made. Please contact Calvo’s Insurance at (671) 472-6816 and ask to speak with one of our accounting representatives for further clarification.
Yes, the system allows you to change your account information, including your billing address. However, changing your address within your online account will not automatically update your policy information. If you’d like to change any of your personal billing or policy information, please contact our office at (671) 472-6816 .
If you have forgotten your password, please select “Forgot my Password” at the bottom of the login page. The system will ask you for your Username or Email Address that you used during registration. When provided successfully, an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
Please select “Forgot my Username” at the bottom of the login page. The system will ask you for your Payor ID. To confirm your identity, you will be prompted to answer a security question you nominated during registration. After completing your answer, an email will be sent to you with your correct username.
